Instant Pot Apple Pie Moonshine
Ingredients:
64 oz Apple Juice
64 oz Unsweetened Apple Cider
¾ cup White Sugar
¾ cup Light Brown Sugar
1 ½ cups Everclear Grain Alcohol
1 ½ cups Caramel Vodka
14 Cinnamon Stick(s), divided
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Apple(s), cored & sliced
Mason Jars
Directions:
Add the apple cider and apple juice to the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker.
Stir in the white sugar, brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Add in 4 cinnamon sticks. Turn on the sauté mode to start heating the mixture.
Once all the sugars are dissolved, add the sliced apples. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and seal.
Set your Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 45 minutes. Once done, let the pressure naturally release.
Let the mixture cool completely. Stir in the Everclear Grain Alcohol and the caramel Vodka.
Remove the cinnamon sticks from the pot that was used during the cooking process. Strain the mixture through some cheesecloth to remove any solids.
Fill the mason jars with the apple pie moonshine. Place one cinnamon stick in each mason jar and close the lid tightly.
