Instant Pot Oatmeal

Ingredients:

2 cups Quaker Oats Old Fashioned Oats
2 cups skim milk (choice, almond, soy, cow, etc.)
3 cups water
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
blueberries
bananas

Directions:

Add the oats, water and cinnamon to the pot of an Instant Pot or electric pressure cooker. Close the lid and seal the value.

Cook on manual high pressure for 3 minutes. Once the cook time ends, allow the pressure to natural release for 20 minutes. Carefully turn the release valve after 20 minutes to release any remaining pressure from the pot.

Stir oatmeal and serve with toppings of your choice.

Refrigerate oatmeal for up to five days.
