Instant Pot Shrimp

Ingredients:

2 pounds frozen raw shrimp peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
1 cup boiling water

Directions:

Place the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and water in the Instant Pot.

Set the pot to cook for 1 minute on high pressure.

When the cooking time is up, quick release the pressure and drain off Drain off any excess liquid.

Serve immediately or let cool for several minutes and then chill in the refrigerator and serve cold.
