Instant Pot Spicy Creamed Corn

Ingredients:

32 ounces corn canned, fresh or frozen
8 ounces cream cheese cubed
1 stick butter cubed
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon bacon grease
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in the Instant Pot.

Set to pressure cook for 15 minutes.

Use the quick release to release the pressure. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
