Instant Pot Corn On The Cob
Ingredients:
4 ears corn, husks and silk removed
1 cup water
Directions:
Pour 1 cup of cold water in the Instant Pot, then add corn.
Close the lid of the Instant Pot and turn the valve to Sealing position.
Select “Manual” or “Pressure Cook” button and set the time for 2 minutes on High pressure.
When the corn is done cooking, do the Quick Release (QR) of the steam, and remove the corn from the Instant Pot.
