Instant Pot Stuffing
Ingredients:
12 oz Stove Top Stuffing (2 – 6 oz packages)
3 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
10.5 oz Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cups water
Directions:
Pour your water into the bottom of your 6-quart Instant Pot and place in your trivet.
Pour all your remaining ingredients in a large bowl and stir until well combined.
Spoon your stuffing into a metal bowl (or other heat safe bowl) that will fit inside your Instant Pot. Place the bowl in your 6-quart Instant Pot.
Cover, seal and cook on manual high for 1 minute.
Natural release for 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork, replace the lid and let set for 5 more minutes. Fluff again and serve
