Instant Pot Jasmine Rice
Ingredients:
1 cup jasmine rice
2 cups water or chicken broth
Salt, to taste
2 tablespoons Butter
Directions:
Add rice, water, salt and butter into the inner pot of the Instant Pot. Close lid, seal vent and set to manual or pressure cook for 8 minutes.
When done, turn off or cancel and allow pressure to naturally release for 8 to 10 minutes.
Carefully release vent to relieve any remaining pressure. Carefully open lid and fluff with a fork.
