Instant Pot Peach Pie Moonshine
Ingredients:
1 64 oz bottles peach white grape juice
1 15 oz cans sliced peaches in heavy syrup
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
4 cinnamon sticks
1/2 of a 750 ml bottle everclear
1/2 of a 750 ml bottle peach schnapps
Directions:
Combine the juice and the peaches w/syrup. Add in the sugar and the cinnamon sticks.
Turn on Saute feature to start warming the mixture. Once sugars are all dissolved, cover the pot and turn to sealing.
Set your pot to manual high pressure for 45 minutes. Do a natural release.
Let mixture cool completely.
Add in Everclear. Add in the Peach Schnapps.
Fill a mason jar. Close the lid tightly. Continue until all of your mason jars are filled with moonshine.
