Instant Pot Crescent Roll Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients:
1 roll of Pillsbury™ Refrigerated Original Crescent Rolls
12 eggs
1/2 pound of pork breakfast sausage
1 cup of milk
salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray
Directions:
Cut the Pillsbury™ Refrigerated Original Crescent Rolls in half and roll them into small balls. Set them aside.
Cook breakfast sausage. drain. and rinse out pressure cooker pan.
Spray the pressure cooker pan with cooking spray. Add cooked sausage, eggs, milk, salt and pepper to the pressure cooker pan whisk the ingredients together really well.
Add the crescent roll balls to the egg mixture.
Close pressure cooker lid, and cook at high pressure for 15 minutes. Let the pressure naturally release.
Remove lid, and serve!
