Instant Pot Cinnamon Applesauce
Ingredients:
10 medium apples, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot and toss to combine. Cover and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Let naturally release for 10-15 minutes, then pull the valve to release the pressure completely. Mash the apples with a potato masher, or blend using an immersion blender, food processor, or blender. Taste and add more sugar if needed.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
